What services do you offer?

Laundry on the Wheels offers laundry and dry cleaning pick-up and delivery service for residents and businesses in Philadelphia.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order on our website or by downloading our free app for Apple or Google! Click here to get started!

Do I have to be home for pick up and delivery?

You do not have to be home. Please provide instructions regarding the pick-up and drop-off location on your property. You can do so on the "Shopping Cart" page in the "Pick Up & Delivery Instructions" section.

You can also leave your bag(s) with your doorman if you live in an apartment building. You can provide door-codes or keys as well.

Is there a minimum?

Laundry on the Wheels requires a minimum order of $25.00.

Do you charge extra for pick-up or delivery?

We charge $3.76 flat for pick up and delivery and have a $25.00 order minimum.

Do you offer same-day service?

We offer same-day service for general laundry only, not dry cleaning. There is a $20.00 additional fee for same-day service. Same-day service must be picked up in the morning. Same-day service does not apply to orders picked up in the afternoon.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, which include American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You can use a credit card or debit card on our website. Our website is fully secure and we do NOT store credit or debit card numbers!

Do you offer services to businesses?
